Carmex presents a new family of Rougher tools. The family consists of several product lines:

Solid Carbide Roughers

Carmex solid carbide roughers are new innovative high performance end mills, specifially designed for high volume machining applications. Multi-flute, semi-finish profile and center cutting.

The tools provide high metal removal rates in Slotting, Shouldering and Helical Plunging operations.

CMT Roughers

Indexable CMT roughers for excellent performance. These roughers support high machining parameters, while the accurate clamping method in use enables full repeatability.

Solid Carbide Roughers for Aluminum Machining

These roughers are especially designed for High Performance Cutting (HPC), as their flute geometry has been optimized to deliver maximum metal removal rates, and superior chip evacuation.
