Carmex presents a new type of solid carbide thread mills for machining the thread hole, chamfer, and thread in a single work process.

The two-fluted drill/thread milling cutter has a 45 degree countersink, which helps to enable operations under high feed rates - reducing machining times. Also, since the tool supports several operations, less tool changes are required.
