CBR Bars

The new CBR bars expand the range of the existing Tiny Tools line by providing a solution for profiling and boring, while featuring an advanced Chip Breaker mechanism.
 
The Chip Breaker, combined with the internal coolant, helps to push the chips out of the hole - aiding in their evacuation. It is therefore an excellent solution for machining stainless steels, super alloys and other "difficult" materials that create curly chips around the tool and the application.  It can also be used as a general purpose tool with a wide range of materials.

Carbide Grade

New and advanced carbide grade TNX for higher feeds and high performance, at medium to high cutting speed. Extra fine grain size with high hardness and toughness combined with triple layer reddish coating, provides high edge stability and better chip flow.
